Local Food Section
Kitchen Art Brasserie offers a few delectable local favourite food station to meet up diners expectations. Local Food Station consists –Rojak Buah, Vegetable Tempura, Pasembor (Indian Salad) and Prawn Noodle Soup.
Diners may DIY to assemble the best dishes according to own flavour preferences using food ingredient provided in each station.
Cold Plates Section
Cold Plates Section covers a varied range of light poached seafood and assorted salad. As usual, diners can also mix their own salad by using the fresh ingredient and condiments provided on the station.
Cold Seafood – Scallop, Mussel, Prawn and Flower Crab.
Fresh Salad – Chicken Salad, Seafood Salad, Prawn Salad, Som Tam, Mussel Salad and Sausage Salad.
The plain glass noodle salad tastes exceptionally delicious among all others salad option.
BBQ Meat Section
BBQ Night is the main theme for this buffet, succulent meat cut – Chicken Wing, Beef Steak, Stingray Slice, Flower Crab and Mussels will be sent to the grill on spot by the Station Chef prior order.
International Dishes Section
Chef Pick International Dishes are presented along food station – Potato Au Gratin, Japanese Beancurd with Oyster Sauce, Chilli Meat Ball with Black Pepper Sauce, Beef Stew, Roasted Chicken with Black Pepper Sauce, Pasta Aglio Olio, Lotus Fried Rice and Spanish Paella.
Kitchen Art Brasserie uses Mongolian Stir-Fry to replace common Teppanyaki in this buffet. A ray selection of meat or seafood – Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Prawn, Mussel are used to stir-fry with assorted vegetables and herb spices to create an aromatic yet healthy dishes.
Bread, Cake & Pastries Section
Kitchen Art Brasserie also serves a variety of bread accompanied with assorted flavour fruit jam.
A hearty amount of Cakes and Pastries – Mango Pudding, Chocolate Cake, Caramel Cream Cake, Coconut Pudding, Lemon Tart, Red Velvet Cake and Butter Cake.
All dessert are bite-sized to encourage diners to pick a few different types for a delightful experience.
The Snacks Section serves kids favourite – Chicken Nugget and Samosa. Condiments are provided to enhance the flavour for the fritters.
Pop Corn Stand is the main attraction for the youngsters, sweet buttery flavour on popcorn is sure to put a smile on many young faces.

Kitchen Art Brasserie offers a few fruits and dessert option for diners to indulge with:
Seasonal Fruit – Water Melon, Pineapple, Papaya and Honeydew.
Desserts – Red Bean Soup Dessert, Chocolate Fondue and Ice Kacang (Shaved Ice).
All dessert has its own condiments to mix and match to suit diners taste.
A free flow of Cold or Warm Plain Water is available throughout this buffet. Diners may proceed to the beverage bars for additional flavourful Coffee and Tea option.
