A little surprise does occur underneath the pan eventually, delightful rice cakes will appear after few digs into the pan and it tastes exactly like the Tteokbokki.
We took on a wrong choice by ordering Korean Steamed Eggs (Gyerajjim) this time while there is bottomless of omelette slices standing on our way. While both taste similarly the same, the only thing distinguishes well between both is the textures. The Omelette Slices have layers of texture while Steam Egg have a fairly smooth texture on each bite.
