*Must Try* A Bowl of Perfect Pork Noodle – Mun Ji Chop Noodle Zone

Pork Noodle (猪肉粉) has existed since our younger age as one of the top three option (apart from dim sum and roti) for family weekend breakfast.
This “Pork Noodle” tradition managed to survive along with hardworking hawkers who keep reinventing and sell these simple dish by using their own homemade recipe.
Today we will unveil The Best Pork Noodle (we tasted by far) situated at one of the busy streets in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.
Signature Pork Noodle
The Signature Pork Noodle RM9.90 own its fame by having loads of pork ingredients on top of a bowl – Pork Ball, Pork Slice, Minced Pork, Pork Intestines and Pork Liver.
A bunch of delicate and succulent pork slices cut which tastes like premium sakura pork is also one of the main attraction people keeps coming back for their Signature Pork Noodle.
Not fancy with vermicelli as the base noodle? Fret not, Mun Ji Noodle Zone also offers a variety of noodle option from Yellow Noodle (油面), Pan Mee (板面), Loh See Fun (老鼠粉), Kuay Teow (粿条) and more to suit your palate!
Mun Ji Pork Noodle
Mun Ji Pork Noodle with egg RM9.50 is the common type pork noodle which has pretty much everything (Different Pork Cuts) covered in a bowl.
Unlike any Pork Noodle out there, Mun Ji version has a much clearer broth (less meat scum) and taste much sweeter (only uses every day fresh delivered pork).
If you are not satisfied with the current pork ingredient, feel free to tick for more toppings (on the order bill) with just a little extra charge.
Pork Kidney Soup
Despite being a huge fan of Pork Kidney RM 5.00 we ordered one as long as we spotted it on the menu.
Mun Ji have very high confidence in handling their pork kidneys just by serving it with plain pork broth (without seasonings, rice wines or ginger).
Out of our expectations, there is not even one inch of gamy taste from those kidney slices and it actually tastes soft to crunchy on each bite!
Highly recommend Mun Ji Pork Kidney Soup if you love to have Pork Innards like we do. 😉
Mun Ji Signature Fried Tofu
Signature Tofu RM6.00 inside a Pork Noodle Restaurant? Yes, you read it right and Mun Ji actually do serve signature tofu which usually only available in most Chinese Cuisines!
This “Golden Bars” has a crispy texture on the outside while the core is stuffed with minced pork, tofu and other ingredients, tastes heavenly while dipping with sweet & sour Thai chilli sauce.
Each set of signature tofu are freshly fried prior order, so be sure to place your order earlier to avoid long waiting queue! 😉
*Mun Ji Chop Noodle Zone is truly a hidden gem for foodies who love to eat clear broth, less oily, but loads of ingredients kind of pork noodle. Diners might need to spend a minute more during high peak hours but still worth the wait despite complex preparation procedure (for one perfect dish) and reasonable price.
