Soybean milk is a good beverage to kick start a day, these rich in protein and lactose replacement beverage are highly consumed in the Asian country. This recipe will be easier to prepare if you have brought a soybean milk maker, just toss everything into machine and setup timer then you will have nice fresh brew soybean milk in no time. Recommend to add sugar quantity according to your own taste.

SOY BEAN PREPARATION (I)

Soak soybean with water in a bowl and leave it overnight.

SOY BEAN PREPARATION (II)

Wash and rinse soaked soybean, then place it in a bowl containing water. Pour soybean and water into the juicer to produce soybean milk. Pour and strain soybean milk using cheesecloth setup on top of a bowl.

SOY BEAN MILK PREPARATION (III)

Pour filtered soybean milk in a pot and boil with high heat until bubbles on the surface disappear, turn to small heat when it starts to boil for 5 more minutes then switch off. Ready to serve.
