Thai Basil Chicken is a common food and you can easily spot this dish while you are traveling in Thai. There are different types of meat version for this dish such as Pork and Beef. Recommend to add additional vegetables in this dish for a balanced diet.

 

Below is the preparation work:

  • Mince Chicken Breast fillet into smaller cubes
  • Crush Red Chili and Garlic coarsely using mortar and pestle
  • Wash and rinse Thai basil

Chicken Basil Preparation

Heat oil in a wok, drop remaining Ingredient A inside the wok and stir-fry until fragrant, toss the minced chicken in and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Mix Ingredient B in a bowl then pour into the wok, continue stir-fry for 2 minutes. Toss the Basil into the wok and combine well, turn off the heat so that the basil is not over cooked.

Dish Preparation

Transfer Chicken Basil onto one side of a plate, and fill rice on another side of the plate then put a fried egg on top. Ready to serve.
